The  "International Calendar of Events in Aquaculture"  is accessible through the Left Menu Bar of Aquamedia  (see Other Information - Calendar of Events ).

There are many international events included already that provide valuable content and contact information for the viewer.

If the title of an event is underlined, a click on the link will open up a separate window with the date and the information on the event.
Within this window, you can also choose 2 supplementary actions:

• download the event information into your own PC Calendar (e.g. Outlook). Depending on your computer's settings, it may download automatically or as a file for import into the Calendar.
• be reminded of the event (an email reminder will be sent to you a few weeks before the event actually takes place.

The Aquaculture Calendar dynamically includes information from several different Calendars (such as those maintained by the FEAP, the European Aquaculture Society and AquaTT)
Underneath the Calendar is a Menu Bar with several different options for use.
The Options selection allows the following actions to be done:

• Printable View - Displays a page-sized printable view of the calendar
• Email subscriptions - You can sign up to be notified by email with the Calendar's information on future events
• Search for Events - Find events in the Calendar by text or category
• Event Filter - Only display events that match text or are in certain categories
• Source Filter - Only display events from particular included calendars or Add-Ins
• Export events - Export event data to an ASCII file
• Time Offset - Set your own timezone, relative to the server time

MiniCal gives a small pop-up window (you can select which one) with a short summary of events in the days of the selected month.

Display gives a number of different settings for how you can view the Aquaculture Calendar (weekly, mothly, quarterly...), in block, list or planner format.

Additional options are provided for quick navigation through the Calendar through options available for the Navigation Bar.
